When installing — Android will ask permission to install an application from outside the store. That is normal for a direct download: accept, then open the file. The iPhone application cannot be distributed this way yet — Apple does not allow installing an application from a link. It will arrive through the App Store.

What we are asked most often.
Can the price change during the ride?
The price shown is a minimum. If there is clearly more road or traffic than expected, it can rise beyond a 10% allowance; it never goes down.
Where is Serena available?
Serena opens country by country, city by city. The app shows you what is available where you are: rides, food, parcels, payment methods.
Why is the app not on Google Play?
It will be. In the meantime, download it here: it is the same app, published by us.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet: the apps are for Android.
How do I become a driver or courier?
Download the driver app and submit your file: licence, vehicle papers, photo. An operator reviews it before your first ride.
How do I register my restaurant or shop?
Download the merchant app and submit the file for your business and its address. Once approved, you build your menu — or call your couriers — and Serena takes a commission on sales.
Three taps, and you are there.

Your destination, then the vehicle. The price shows before you confirm: it is the starting amount, with no bad surprise on arrival.

Their name, their car, their plate, and their position moving on the map to your door. Share the trip with one link.
